Finance and Admin Manager

Cecilia has been part of Tiger Computing’s leadership team since 2004. With a PhD in Animal Behaviour and a background in applied science, she brings a sharp analytical mind and a methodical approach to the business operations that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

She’s a champion of precision, calm under pressure, and plays a vital role in ensuring Tiger’s service stays as dependable as the systems we support.

Outside the office, Cecilia can often be found riding through the Forest of Dean or training her horses for competitive endurance events.

Chief Technical Officer

Chris brings decades of hands-on Linux experience, deep technical insight, and a strong Open Source ethos to his role as CTO at Tiger Computing. A Red Hat Certified Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator, and Debian Developer, he’s spent his career designing, securing, and scaling Linux systems across diverse environments.

Chris has been part of the Tiger team since 2012, where he leads complex projects, mentors our technical team, and helps clients harness the full power of Linux – always with a focus on long-term resilience and real-world results.

Outside work, Chris lives on a narrowboat with his young family, contributes to Open Source projects, and enjoys good coffee, craft beer, and the occasional zombie-slaying game session.

Linux Expert (L2)

Niko brings deep technical knowledge and a long-standing passion for Linux to his role at Tiger Computing. With experience designing and maintaining large-scale networks, he’s comfortable handling everything from classic sysadmin tasks to complex DevOps challenges – always with security and reliability top of mind.

His journey into Open Source began in the heyday of Greece’s internet cafés, and he’s been hooked ever since.

Outside of work, Niko keeps his problem-solving sharp with DIY electronics, chess, and web development projects.

Office Manager

Bonita keeps the wheels turning at Tiger Computing, managing the day-to-day operations that support our remote team. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, she ensures everything from travel to contracts to finance runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Her background spans project and commercial management in the defence telecoms industry, where she worked on secure data network contracts, as well as 15 years running her own dance school — a testament to both discipline and adaptability.

Outside work, Bonita rows competitively for her local club on the River Wye and loves getting involved in regattas and club events, continuing a lifelong connection to the sport through both her children and her own achievements.
